Extremely slow service. Took 15 minutes to go through the drive thru. They didn’t make the apple cinnamon fog tea correct. They forgot the fog part and as a result it wasn’t sweet at all and we had to return.

Slow service all the time at the Fallsview Casino location. Took 20 minutes in line before taking my order then another 10 minutes to get the food I ordered. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to.

This Tim's is located in the lower level food court of the galleria within the fallsview casino building. The Sandwich ordered here was sub par. It tasted old. The chicken strips were worse. Overcooked and shrivelled up. I would not recommend ordering food from this location. The drinks ordered were as expected.

Tim Hortons is great. Except for this filthy, poorly run location, with the rude, inefficient people operating it. Tim Horton regional managers? Look into this. This location SHOULD be great. It isn't. The reason? The horrible staff. Notably, the supervisors.

At the time 8:20-8:30, on wednesday december 11 2019, the manager and employee working at the time did not treat the customer with respect. But instead shoutedly embarrassed the customer by saying her card was declined. The customer corrected that next time the incident should be handled personally instead of publicly announcing it. The manager or employee did not try to resolve the situation instead said sorry and turned his back away from the customer. To make matters worse instead of confronting the customer the employee accused the customer of taking a picture even though there was no evidence to be found. Attention to the owner of this branch, this is a tourist location and customers should not be treated like this. Please hire educated and decent individuals who are respectful. In detail to the people that were working, it was 2 white males one said to be the manager and the other an employee. Had red hair and a full beard , the "manager", tall average white Male.

The Staff were actually fairly nice today, contradictory to the other comments, must have caught a good day. The strangest thing though: all the employees rotate jobs constantly. Literally each person in line got a different employee on the till, they would serve one customer and then rotate to making food or whatever. So strange. Unfortunately it's quite inefficient and slow (it truly was the slowest Tim Hortons any of us had ever been to.. ~8 mins to serve 3 customers, then additional 7 mins for food prep). Also disturbing was throughout all this job rotation, no hands were washed or gloves put on between handling cash and prepping food. Very strange indeed.

I am glad to see Senior Citizens being employed in this outlet even though the service is NOT up to the mark.My wife and I had a French Vanilla coffee and cookies. The coffee was hot and had the correct flavours and was served fast.Being a foreigner, I love to sip a French Vanila Coffee from Tim Horton. I personal believe that, it is a better choice than the other coffee shops in Canada

I don’t stay at the Fallsview Hotel often, but this is obviously where you go for breakfast there. Prices are really great compared to the markups of food here (and about the same as other Tim’s locations). The staff actually remember me somehow, and are really nice. They make the food well and quickly.I don’t like casinos, but its Tim Hortons is excellent. Idk why anyone rated it less than 4 Stars.

These wedges has been very old and cold and when i asked the cashier to change it they tolm me they think its fresh and they didn’t change it. Its the worst customer service ever in tim hortons that i have received.

Mobile ordering for my dark roast coffee.This outlet is located inside Fallsview Casino Niagara on the main floor.There is plenty of seating in the food court.My order was ready for pickup and I was on my way right away.Let’s hope for winning RRROLL UP cup!

Very nice staff but unfortunately they are always short staffed! I always go here around 5 in the morning and there's a line up of about 10 people who all order breakfast sandwiches being served by one person!The picture I posted shows the line up at 4:45 a.m and only one staff! And she goes above and beyond to serve everyone as fast as possible since people are in rush and have no patience. I really feel bad for her!

Staff is very organized. They have enough employees on shifts to ensure swift and smooth service. We all know what the prices are like and the quality of the food was good. The only reason they don't get five stars is because They forgot my hash brown which I only realized once I got back to the hotel.

This place is absolutely horrible, the lady behind the counter was mean and really rude, she acted like she didn’t have the time in the world to take our order and forgot half of our order, after mentioning how much she forgot, she insisted we still had to pay even though it was her mistake, everyone behind the counter was slow and unable to do their job. Worst Tims in Canada please don’t come here. Wtf

I wish I could give zero star to this one.wow worst customer services ever.they just make fun of people .like seriously .so so so hurt that every other Tim I have come across was so good but these guys they just ruined the repo in our eyes.i would appreciate Tim seniors if they can train them more on how to talk to people and also not making fun of their origins.

This is in the food court of the plaza on the map.Had a breakfast deal - 2 meals plus coffee for $5.Tasted good and really good value - especially in a place that is very expensive.
Beautiful Perception
I was not impressed by this location. The servers were friendly enough, but forgot half my meal then when I asked about it they attempted to charge me for my meal again!! The main manager on site that night was not in uniform and was rude as could be before he walked out carrying bags of pops and condiments like he was stocking up at home. I agree with prior comments - this location should be watched by corporate because I visited 3 other locations within the area apart from this one and my experience at the others was way more pleasant by far. This location stood out from the rest, but definitely not in a good way.

Horrible service. didnt look when i asked if they had something just said no. yet they had it. only one til open when the line was out the door. place was super filthy and food took to long to come out for a simple grilled cheese and apple juice. the man on til was very rude as well. highly disappointed.

It's your average Tim Hortons but the fact it's open early is nice for people wanting to start the day early. Prices are pretty much the same as all other Tim Hortons so there is nothing particular about this location compared to the other ones.
